Holy mountain, the Ox. A farmhouse ale brewed with citrus zest and dry hopped with Cascade. This batch was aged in several neutral wine barrels with a house mixed brettanomyces culture for several months. Refermented in the bottle with brettanomyces.

Anchorage, darkest hour. This imperial stout is brewed with summit hops and aged in a mix of whiskey barrels. 13% abv

Bruery, saule anniversary. Saule is French for “willow”, a traditional nine-year anniversary gift. Our ninth anniversary ale, Saule, follows in the footsteps of our anniversary releases before it, which are loosely based on an English-style old ale, fermented with our house yeast strain, aged in bourbon barrels and blended using the solera method. This means that a portion of each anniversary ale is saved in oak barrels and blended in with the next year’s production, providing more complexity and depth of character as the years go by. The result is layered in robust and complex flavors of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla and oak.

Omnipollo, shploing. IPA brewed with marshmallows, graham crackers, salt and lactose sugar with mangos and vanilla added - Mango S'mores.

Founders, Doom!!!!!! Doom may be impending but that doesn’t mean you have to fear it. A collision of worlds, the intense hop character of our imperial IPA mingles with the warm vanilla and oak notes imparted from time spent in our favorite bourbon barrels. Like all good things, Doom comes to those who wait.

Drakes, red label hopocalypse. Brewed with aromatic orange blossom honey, thousands of pounds of California blood oranges, Mandarina Bavaria and Lemondrop hops and this beer brings an assault of sweet citrus and juicy hops.

Cheers!!!

Discretion, shimmer pils. She has a shimmery depth, like light on the fathomless sea. Our brewer’s wife, Eileen, inspired the name of this beer. Shimmer is a German-style pilsner, a true lager with a balanced hoppiness. It is crisp and refreshing, but certainly not bland. Try it with fish.

Discretion, uncle Dave's. Is there anyone better to sit around a campfire with, telling stories, IPAs in hand? We think not. Cheers, Uncle Dave! Our Rye IPA has fruity/herbal hop aromas with a substantial supporting maltiness. The rye contributes a hint of peppery spice to this full bodied, complex IPA. Goes great with our warm briny olives.

Mother earth, big mother. Brewed for Urge Gastropub with all NZ Nelson, Big Mother is a worthy adversary to its Imperial counterparts: “The beer pours a slow-burning ember hue, exhibiting great clarity and a bouquet that, with its papaya, mango, and passion fruit notes, is like sticking one’s nose in a gift basket full of tropical fruit. The real treat comes on the first sip. Pronounced grapefruit notes hit first, giving way to a semisweet roundness, followed by a finish with savory hints of deeply brûléed sugar.”

Mother earth, power of love. A slightly more complex malt bill lends a subtle caramel, not sweet, malt profile to an assault of hops. Using three of the most aromatic hops on the market, a mix of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine dominate the nose on this balanced quarterly release.

Cheers!!!

Toppling goliath. Dorothy's new world lager. Mildly hopped, light in color and body, and clean to the taste, this california common-style lager drinks easy. Each sip charms the senses with distinct flavor and refreshing simplicity, delivering a smooth finish.

Knee deep, Tahoe deep. Cascade, Centennial and CTZ hops keep this Imperial IPA West Coast style, floral, fruit and citrus aromas.

Port, summer pale ale. This is a great summer time pale ale with a refreshing crisp taste and a lingering hop profile that leaves you wanting more.

North coast, alt nouveau. The “alt” in Altbier has dual meaning, referring both to the top-fermenting yeast used to make the beer (Latin— altus— high) and to the fact that this ale is literally the old style of beer in a country now famous for its lager beers (German—alt—old; from an earlier time). Made famous in the city of Dusseldorf, Altbier has a varied profile, depending on the brewer, from malty to hoppy.

Cheers!!!
