La Trappe, Oak aged quadrupel batch 15. 85% oloroso sherry, 15% new oak. Aged 2 years in oloroso sherry barrels, #15 expresses aromas of vanilla, almond, honey and caramel. it is extremely soft and creamy on the palate with walnut notes and a slight acidity. warming, moderating carbonation and very full and rich with a long, sumptuous finish. 10% abv. so come on down and get a bottle while supplies last. 1 per customer
